Cushman & Wakefield continues to expand its management staff in the Office Capital Markets division. With effect from 1 October 2026, Valeria Naumenkova has been appointed Head of Office Capital Markets Berlin & Region East. She will be based in Berlin and will report to Daniel Sander, Head of Office Capital Markets Germany.
In addition, Naumenkova will take over the newly created position of Principal Strategic Accounts Germany, in which she will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategic clients.
Valeria Naumenkova has previously held positions at Quantum Investment GmbH and Quest Investment Partners. She previously worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets division in Berlin from 2015 to 2018.
