The Cologne-based agency team of internationally real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), which is part of the C&W’s Office Agency National, has brokered a long-term lease for 1,840 square metres in Frechen with the BASIC-FIT fitness studio chain. C&W acted as advisor to both the owner, GS Immobilien AG, and the future tenant.
The space is located on the first floor of Hauptstrasse 124 - 126 in Frechen in the Rhein-Erft district. The location is the main retail high street of the town, which has around 50,000 inhabitants. The town is a suburb of Cologne and is optimally linked to the city via tram route 7.
Other tenants of the office and commercial building, which was built in 1979, include Rossmann and Woolworth.
