Penny Pan is an Account Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W’s) Transaction Management division of the Corporate Occupier & Investor Services team. She brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 12 years focused on the Americas and 8 years across Asia.

She currently leads real estate portfolio strategy and transaction execution for multiple national and global accounts. She oversees portfolio planning, acquisition and disposition strategies, broker engagement, end-to-end transaction management, lease documentation, and sophisticated financial analysis. She has extensive, comprehensive experience across office, industrial, and flex space transactions, and she advises corporate occupiers on optimizing real estate strategies across diverse asset types and geographies.

Prior to joining C&W, she spent eight years with Jones Lang LaSalle in China. She has also served as a Transaction Manager for the former United Technology Corporation in Greater China and Southeast Asia and acted as a trusted tenant representative for multinational clients including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Cisco, Broadcom and Microsoft.

Penny is known for her strategic perspective, cross-border market insight, and ability to deliver value across complex, multi-market portfolios.
