Rick joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 briefly as a research analyst before moving fulltime to industrial leasing and sales. Since then, Rick has worked primarily in the Fraser Valley with a particular emphasis on the markets of Delta, Surrey, and Langley. 

Rick’s experience includes regular and consistent leasing services with reputable private and institutional landlords, assisting them in ensuring that qualified tenants are sourced and vetted before committing to lease terms. He also assists as a Tenant representative helping industrial tenants determine their property needs and preparing a system to best locate properties that suit their short- and long-term needs. 

Rick also has an extensive history with purchase and sale transactions, having assisted purchasers in acquiring anything as small as an industrial strata unit or as large as flagship assets with more challenged analyses. He continues to work with first time purchasers or with more integrated clientele who regularly procure and dispose of real estate assets.
