The Legacy

Designed by François Malfait in the early 20th century and listed in the Brussels heritage inventory, The Legacy is a building of recognised architectural value. Rising over eight above‑ground levels, it offers office spaces that combine architectural character with contemporary technical standards. Its natural stone façade, reflecting neoclassical and neo‑Baroque influences, has been carefully preserved as part of a thoughtful renovation approach. A contemporary metal rooftop extension inspired by Brussels’ traditional zinc roofs introduces modern functionality while respecting the original structure.
