Tania König is Design & Construction Lead DACH at Cushman & Wakefield, based in the firm's Berlin office. In this role, she leads design and construction activity across Germany, Austria and Switzerland as part of the Project & Development Services practice, supporting clients through every stage of the commercial property lifecycle.

König's background is rooted in design and the built environment, having studied at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, one of Germany's foremost institutions for architecture and design. This grounding informs her approach to project delivery, where technical precision is balanced with a clear sense of design intent from concept through to completion.

Her specialisation centres on integrated design and construction management: coordinating architects, engineers and contractors from a single point of accountability to keep projects on programme, on budget and aligned with the client's brand and operational requirements. She works across new developments, refurbishments and fit-out projects, applying rigorous cost and risk management alongside a strong command of German building regulation and planning practice.
