About
Robert Köwener is a Director, Capital Markets specialist at Cushman & Wakefield in Hamburg office, advising on office investment transactions on both the sell and buy side across Hamburg and northern Germany. Over the past 13 years he has advised on transactions totaling approximately €3bn – asset deals and share deals, single assets and portfolios – across Hamburg, Bremen, Kiel and further northern German markets.
His clients range from institutional investors and funds to family offices and corporates. Beyond core office product, he regularly works on development sites, public-sector-let assets, sale-and-leaseback structures and listed buildings. In these segments he looks closely at covenant quality, planning law and asset positioning – the factors that ultimately determine where pricing lands.
Robert's advisory approach is analytical and execution-driven: sharp pricing, a clear sales story, and a realistic view of which buyer group will sign.
