Adam Šafránek is Head of Marketing, Czech Republic at Cushman & Wakefield, where he leads the local marketing team and oversees the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business development support across all service lines. His responsibilities include B2B marketing, digital and content strategy, events, pitch support, and collaboration with teams across the EMEA region to strengthen client engagement and business growth. 

In addition, Adam serves as EMEA Lead Retail Marketing, leading the marketing agenda for the Retail business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, he drives sector positioning, go-to-market strategies, and cross-market collaboration, supporting leasing teams and enhancing business development efforts. He is also responsible for retail thought leadership initiatives, major industry campaigns, and marketing activities that align with the commercial priorities of key EMEA markets.
